Paige is the “P” in P&L Business Partners — a qualified accountant with 15 years of financial and commercial experience, including nearly a decade in senior roles at the Cotton On Group. Her background spans commercial finance, stock management, and supporting business growth in Australia and multiple international markets — experience that shaped her ability to turn complex financial information into clear, practical guidance.

 

At P&L, Paige brings a warm, relationship‑focused approach, helping business owners feel supported, informed, and in control. She blends strong technical capability with real‑world commercial insight, empowering clients with clarity around performance, cashflow, and growth. Paige is passionate about partnering closely with business owners from all different industries, simplifying the numbers, and providing strategic support that helps them feel set up to succeed — and far less alone — in running their business.

Lauren is the “L” in P&L Business Partners — a registered CPA and qualified finance broker with 16 years of financial and commercial experience. Her retail background includes 10 years in senior roles at the Cotton On Group, where she worked across commercial finance and global risk. Lauren supported international expansion into new markets and gained deep insight into the operational challenges and opportunities that come with scaling retail businesses across multiple regions.

 

Today, Lauren uses that strong commercial foundation to provide small business owners with the hands‑on financial support they often miss. She partners closely with clients across multiple industries to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and identify growth opportunities with confidence. With a practical, down‑to‑earth approach, Lauren helps business owners bridge the gap between day‑to‑day decision‑making and long‑term financial direction — making the business journey clearer and more supported.
