The 'P' to P&L. Paige is a partner of P&L Business Partners, with 14 years of Financial and Commercial experience.

​

Paige began her career in Public Practice Accounting in tax compliance and business advisory, whilst completing her Certificate of Business & Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting.

​

After 5 years of Public Practice, Paige joined The Cotton On Group where she spent close to 9 years in a wide range of financial and commercial roles, in senior positions.

 

Paige joined The Cotton On Group as an Accountant, quickly moving into a Senior Accountant role, preparing and overseeing the Group's management and statutory financial reporting obligations for 8 brands, which operate throughout 19 countries.

After 4 years within the Accounting team, Paige made an internal move into a Country Finance Manager role, partnering with the key leaders and executives in New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the License markets. Paige also partnered with The Cotton On Foundation.

​

Paige's focus was providing regular visibility on the financial performance, reviewing sales and margin performance, identifying cost saving opportunities and efficiencies, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, profit growth and business growth. Paige also spent time as a Brand Finance Partner for the Group's core brands, in a similar capacity.

Paige is passionate about providing financial knowledge to businesses and identifying opportunities to support business growth.
